At CAMPLURRY, every product is made-to-order exclusively for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to change of mind, wrong size choice, or personal preference.

  • However, we will gladly replace items that are:
  1. Damaged
  2. Defective
  3. Printed incorrectly
  4. Different from what you ordered

If there is an issue with your order

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at:

  • Include the following:
  1. Order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos showing the defect/damage (if applicable)

Once verified, we will:

Reprint and resend the item at no cost, OR Issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items
  1. Items without proof of defect
  2. Items damaged by customers
  3. Requests made after 14 days of delivery
  4. Used or washed products
  5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

 

  • Order Cancellation

Because products go into production quickly, cancellation is only possible within 2 hours after the order is placed.
