At CAMPLURRY, every product is made-to-order exclusively for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to change of mind, wrong size choice, or personal preference.
- However, we will gladly replace items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Printed incorrectly
- Different from what you ordered
If there is an issue with your order
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at:

- Include the following:
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
Once verified, we will:
Reprint and resend the item at no cost, OR Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Items without proof of defect
- Items damaged by customers
- Requests made after 14 days of delivery
- Used or washed products
- Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
- Order Cancellation
Because products go into production quickly, cancellation is only possible within 2 hours after the order is placed.
